Experience is the best teacher...

On this page I'll include some of my tips and tricks I've learned while doing my hobby. Where appropriate, I'll include steps or pictures to help clarify my explanations.

Please feel free to contribute your own tips - I'll post the best ones so everyone can see them.

Here's an example of a tip I might include in a hobby site about painting. I will update in the future with pictures.

Painting Eyes

When painting eyes on a toy soldier, always break it down in steps. Don't try to point a dot for the pupil. There is a easer way. First paint to area of the eye white. Then paint a thin line straight down the middle of the eye. This will be your pupil. I use Black most of the time. Next round of the line on the top and bottom of the eye with a flesh color. I will have set by set pictures up in the future.
